Anthony has direct experience in corporate strategy, project management, business and corporate development and has been involved in a range of activities, including corporate and business strategy development, in- and out-licensing of technologies in a range of disease areas, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Anthony was involved in the successful completion of Australia's first ever M&A between two publicly traded biotechnology companies; Meditech Research Limited and Alchemia Limited (ASX:ACL).

Anthony is very passionate about the biotechnology sector and through relationship building has developed a strong international contact network in biotech/pharma companies in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree from La Trobe University, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in biochemistry from the University of Melbourne and an MBA, specializing in entrepreneurship and new venture creation from La Trobe University.
